Guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us in pristine and resaleable condition within 30 days with your request for a refund.  If the return is due to an error that we have made or arrived damaged, we will gladly refund postage costs, including the cost of return postage.  If the return is due to the book not meeting your requirements, we regret that we cannot refund postage.  In the case of damaged goods, please let us know whether you would like a replacement copy.

All returns should be securely wrapped and sent, with the original packing and reason for return, to one of the following addresses:
