reporting to the police and going to court.

vulnerable to violence. ©

prostitution’ (SOAPS) and municipal police code citations. Dealing
with sexism, racism and other discrimination. ©
Getting financial help and
compensation for rape or sexual assault. ©
Women in prison demanding protection against sexual abuse and rape and
other basic human rights. Saying
no to pat searches by male guards.

What is being done to make it easier for prostitute women to report rape
and other violence? How
women are pressing the City of San Francisco to make the safety and
protection of sex workers an urgent priority?
